Do you see young children?
Our clinicians can see children as young as 5-6 years old. For children younger than this, please give us a call and we’ll be glad to refer you to
providers who see younger children.
What is the cost of therapy sessions?
The cost of a session ranges from $90-$175/hour, depending on which clinician you see.
Do you take insurance?
Most of our clinicians are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans and United Healthcare. Some of our clinicians don’t take insurance. If your insurance is out of network, our billing specialists will file claims on your behalf, so that if you have an out of network benefit included in your plan, you may see reimbursement from the insurance company. My child is about to turn 18. What do I need to do?
Not to worry! We will send your emerging adult child a letter in the mail, telling them what they need to do to take ownership of their care. Click here for more information .
Can I cancel my appointment?
You must cancel your appointment at least 24 business hours in advance to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to their clinician’s full cash rate for a one-hour session. Please note, our staff is not in the office on the weekends. You must make us aware of cancellations during regular business hours by phone or email.
What are your qualifications?
All our clinicians have a Master’s Degree in counseling. Dr. Kteily holds an MS and a PhD. All our clinicians hold an LPC license. Please note Shanna Drury holds an LPC-I license, which means she is under the direct supervision of Dr. Kteily as she works to obtain her full LPC license.
